Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other international addresses. Lower 48 only.
The Farris't way to send our pies for "quality's sake" is 3-day Express out of state and ground in the state of Oklahoma.
Since we are a "boutique" mail-order business we ship only Monday –Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery. (Saturday, Sunday and Monday delivery is not available/cost prohibitive.) Orders will be shipped typically 1-2 business days of being placed but due to no shipping on Thursday & Fridays your pie may not actually be placed for shipment for approx. 3-5 business days. Therefore your order will arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Please check your doorstep daily if you haven’t been at home. (We do not require signature at delivery.)
DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS: Please be advised that we are not responsible for refund or replacement of orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or gifts sent to recipients who are not available to accept the package in a timely manner.
Returns and Cancellations:
If your pie arrives damaged, deformed, or in an inedible state, simply send us a photo and we will gladly ship you a new pie at no charge. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued on any orders - however, we will gladly exchange any damaged or inedible pies with a new one at no cost to you.
